The general conditions apply to the purchase of a gift voucher on the Bo é Belle website.

2. Offer

A gift voucher from € 25, valid for 2 years from purchase.

3. Agreement

The customer must agree to the general conditions before the order can be placed.

4. Payment

The order is only valid after online payment and after you have received a confirmation.

5. Collection (free of charge) or shipment

We will inform you when the gift voucher is ready for collection at Hogeweg 101, 9320 Erembodegem. If you choose shipping, the cost is € 5. After receipt of your payment we will send the gift voucher as soon as possible by post to the given address.

Bo é Belle undertakes to use the customer's data solely for the purpose of smooth communication.

Bo é Belle treats the customer's data as confidential information and will never pass it on to third parties.

The customer is solely responsible for the use made of the website from his computer, for his username and password, as well as for their confidentiality.

7. Applicable law and liability

Only Belgian law applies to this agreement.

In case of disputes arising, only the courts of Dendermonde have jurisdiction.

The customer placing the order will be held liable by Bo é Belle.
